The updated version includes a tab name “Latest” on the subscribers’ television display. This will keep the user informed about the “Brand New” releases. This feature will be available on video streaming services. Further, it will also display what is “Coming This Week” and what is “Coming Next Week”. With the new releases, Video previews and promos will also be shown. Moreover, there is a button named “Remind Me”. It will remind the user when the season, movie or Netflix Original is released. A user will receive the notification. If a user is using a video streaming service on Television like Apple TV or a gaming screen, this feature will be available on the upcoming Monday. According to the news, some subscribers have already this upgraded version since last week. Further, the clone feature named “Coming Soon” is available on Android. For now, it is the iOS testing phase In addition to this, Netflix will gather the users’ preferences from the search or viewing history. Then, it will put the upcoming releases into the “Latest” tab according to the most viewed genre. The tab will get refreshed whenever clicked. Thus, it is really a welcoming feature for users who literally search on net about what’s coming now at Netflix.
